Shortly before the 2027 French Presidential Elections, a video appears on the web that seems to show the execution of possible candidate Bruno Juge. Paul Raison is a graduate of an elite college and works as a top officer in the Department of Economics. As an employee and familiar Juges, he is assigned to find the creators of the video. In the course of his research, there is a series of mysterious terrorist attacks between which no connection can be seen.
